Every Day Chef

After watching my mom, my in-laws and wife cook I realized i wanted to make a kitchen knife that would tackle most of their tasks.I present to you the Every Day Chef.

 I design the blade to sit between a pairing knife and a chopping knife. There is enough height in the blade and handle to allow you to chop, but changing to a pinch grip on the handle allows you switch to pairing tasks. I also crafted the handle shape to comfortable in both positions.

The blade on this particular knife is made from 15N20 steel. The handle is made of Richlite scales, which is fantastic for kitchen use.
